IMPORTANT AUCTION LOTS INFORMATION:
Due to lack of storage facilities and the tight deadlines for collection & payment, unfortunately we do not accept bidders from outside the UK for any large or heavy items. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Before you bid Please Be Aware of the Following:
There are charges on top of the hammer price you see on each item:
- All Lots are subject to 20% + VAT Buyers Premium on the hammer price
- All lots sold online via easyliveauction.com auctions are subject to an additional 3% + VAT Internet Fee
This equates to roughly 20% on top of the hammer price for any auction conducted through Kent Online Auctions’ website own sales and 23% when any auction is conducted via easyliveauction.com website or link. Please note that Kent Online Auctions` commission and any taxes will be payable on all successful bids. All payments must be made online. We will, where possible, combine postage costs.
No deposit is required to register for any of our auctions.
All lots are “sold as seen” or ‘as described’ and unless otherwise stated it must not be assumed, they are brand new and or working.
All images are of the item to be auctioned.
All online auctions are to be considered as ‘Online Payments Only’ auctions. All items won must be paid for in full prior to either the item being sent out or collection can be made, this includes any postage/courier fee.
Kent Online Auctions sell items in complete good faith and any reference to any brand, manufacturer and/or store name is in good faith and belief that these items are as described, however, unless authentication has been proved, No Brand Names, Manufacturers Names and/or Store Names are to be advertised, mentioned or referred to in the resale of any goods and items purchased from Kent Online Auctions. Any person known to be doing so will be immediately suspended from bidding, without exception.
Any collections, that buyers wish to arrange via third party courier companies is acceptable but only with written confirmation from the bidder. Kent Online Auctions cannot be held responsible for any item being released with the use of fake or false ID or confirmation. We will always telephone the winning bidder to confirm they give permission for their winning items to be picked up by a third-party courier. The buyer must inform Kent Online Auctions office as soon as collection by third party courier collection is arranged.
None payment of any items will result in account suspension. On very rare occasions Kent Online Auctions will accept cash payment on collection at our office, however, this will usually be with established customers who have a proven payment track record. We accept cash and all major debit & credit cards (Except Amex), or you can pay online through our secure payment facility.
When collecting your winning items, we will bring the items to the collection point and assist with the loading into your vehicle, however, it is your responsibility to make sure the item/s are loaded into your vehicle safely and no damage can be passed onto Kent Online Auctions that occurs during the loading procedure.
Please check all goods upon collection, as once items leave our premises, we will be unable to offer any refund or concession for any reason.
For any deliveries carried out by Kent Online Auctions, any discrepancies must be pointed out to the driver at the point of delivery and any postal discrepancies must be reported by email within 48 hours of the package being received. Failure to comply with either of these discrepancy outlines, Kent Online Auctions shall have no responsibility for the item and no return or refund will be given.
We may, from time to time, auction off items that are classed as, ‘Unprocessed’. These will be treated as unprocessed Raw Returns Sale items, please note Unprocessed Raw Return means that we at Kent Online Auctions have not checked the stock in any way, the items have come direct from the vendors customer return department and there is a chance that parts may be missing or badly damaged. We only guarantee that the item listed corresponds with the product we sell and make no claim to functionality. Items within these auctions maybe faulty, damaged or missing parts. Any unprocessed raw return item/s will be clearly shown and advertised as this so that bidders will be well aware of what they are bidding on. If bidders are in doubt of what they are bidding on and the condition, we recommend an appointment is made to view the item prior to the commencement of the auction.
With regard to any unprocessed raw returns item/s, unless stated otherwise on the lots condition report (found on the lot details page), the item is unchecked and untested by us therefore we take no responsibility in the condition the products are in.
Condition reports are outlined within the item’s description on all items and unless stated otherwise all items are to be considered as NOT unprocessed raw returns.
All items won will need to be paid for immediately or within 48 hours maximum. Once payment has been made, items that postage has been paid for will be sent within 48 hours of payment clearing. Large Items that are being collected must be collected within 48 hours from the end of sale. Failure to do so will incur a £10 per day storage fee. Any items left in the collection area for more than 72 hours following the end of the collection deadline will be re-listed to cover storage fees.
Please note we do not allow children on our premises.

Kent Online Auctions Courier rates for Mainland UK deliveries only are:
London / Kent – £45 for the first item and an additional £15 for each additional item delivered to the same address.
Midlands and North England – £65 for the first item and an additional £25 for each additional item delivered to the same address.
South West England and Wales – £75 for the first item and an additional £25 for each additional item delivered to the same address.
Scotland – £85 for the first item and an additional £35 for each additional item delivered to the same address.
