Unless otherwise stated, all items are to be considered as used or pre-owned. If an item is new it will be clearly listed as such in the description, any auction estimates are given as an indicator of the average selling price of the same or similar items at other sales or general trade prices.
-
Within each Lot there will be a brief description of the item on offer. Where possible a Condition Report will be placed below the description which will point out any breakages, blemishes or other things that we believe the prospective buyer should be aware of to enable them to bid with confidence. However, our condition reports are only a visual look at an item we cannot be held responsible for anything that we missed or if an item does not work, especially, but not exclusively, in the case of any electrical or mechanical item.
