Unless otherwise stated, all items are to be considered as used or pre-owned. If an item is new it will be clearly listed as such in the description, any auction estimates are given as an indicator of the average selling price of the same or similar items at other sales or general trade prices.
Within each Lot there will be a brief description of the item on offer. Where possible a Condition Report will be placed below the description which will point out any breakages, blemishes or other things that we believe the prospective buyer should be aware of to enable them to bid with confidence. However, our condition reports are only a visual look at an item we cannot be held responsible for anything that we missed or if an item does not work, especially, but not exclusively, in the case of any electrical or mechanical item.

this is a commission that is levied on top of the final hammer price. Currently Kent Online Auctions charge a buyer’s premium of 20% + VAT at the prevailing rate.
As an example:
Winning hammer price = £100
Buyer’s Premium = £20
VAT (20%) = £4
Total Payable = £124
At Kent Online Auctions we believe on keeping things simple with no hidden charges, we do not charge sellers any extra for photography, insurance, cataloguing, advertising on the internet or in the newsletter.
We offer two kind of auctions, UK and International. Our UK auctions are run and promoted by ourselves. Our international auctions are run through live bidding portal, liveauctionners.com, enabling worldwide coverage and bidding at the click of a button.
Our sellers commission rate is 15% of the hammer price. The minimum commission is £5.00 with no charge for unsold lots. All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.
As an example:
Lot sold for: £100.00
Sellers commission: £15
VAT (20%): £3
Seller receives: £82
