Kent Online Auctions offers a full or part house clearance service, handled by our own experienced staff. A senior member of our team will visit the property and discuss, free of charge and without obligation, the clearance in question. If the client then decides to proceed all items suitable for auction will be brought back to our storage facility and auctioned off accordingly. Any items that we consider unsuitable for auction will be appropriately disposed of, where items are deemed suitable we try to pass on as much as possible to a local charity if possible.
When a house clearance is being carried out for the purpose of inheritance tax and probate has been granted, we are then able to offer a full house clearance service as above, so leaving the property clear for sale. The whole process will be carried out sensitively and always under the guidance of one of our senior members of staff.
